Pizza Crust
.
3 cups wheat bread flour
2 cup unbleached flour
1/2 teaspoon each sea salt and organic cane sugar
5 teaspoons active dry yeast
1 cup hot water
1 cup soy milk
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
 
Mix flour, salt and yeast together. Mix hot water, soy milk and olive oil. Add liquid ingredients to flour mixture. Add additional flour as needed to form soft dough. Knead dough. Let rise for 5 to 10 minutes. Separate dough into four equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ¼ inch thick 12 diameter. 
Prepare pans with a tablespoon of olive oil. Spread topping ingredients on Pizzas.
