Korean Cucumber Salad
.
2 cucumbers, peel and slice
½ red onion, sliced thinly
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
¼ cup toasted, ground sesame seeds
2 Tbsps wáter
1 teaspoon minced garlic
½ tsp sea salt
 
Mix onion and cucumber. Combine remaining ingredients and mix together well. Pour over cucumbers and toss together. Chill and serve. Serves 6.
