

Turnover Pastry Dough 
1 14 cup Whole wheat flour
1 1/4 cups unbleached flour
2 ½ tsps yeast
1 tsp sea salt
1 ¼ cups of warm wáter
Mix dry ingredients together well, then add the warm wáter and knead for a 2 minutes and let sit for 5 minutes.
Divide dough in 2 balls and roll out ¼ inch thick. Cut circles with pastry cutter and then fill with 1 Tbsp of heart of palm tree filling on one side of the cneter and fold over the other half to form a turnover; crimp or flute the edges.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
