Graham crackers dessert (cold)
.
1 Package of graham crackers (plain)
2 cups of vegan sweetened condensed milk (see below for recipe)
2 cups of soy milk (vanilla or you can sweeten it with agave nectar)
2 mangos (finely sliced-follow the mango “lines”)
 
Directions:
Mix the vegan condensed milk with the soy milk (sweeten to test). In a 15 to 18 inches Pyrex put 1 layer of graham crackers. Pour the mix until crackers cover. Add a layer of mangos (well distributed) and pour mix once again. Repeat the process layering until the mix last. Top with mango to finish. Refrigerate for 3 - 4 hours or until it is completely soaked.
Serve 8-10
